I am trying to uninstall right fax program from Add remove programs, but i am getting below error. I have tried to uninstall from reg edit force uninstall still i am getting errors

Are you sure it's still installed?
Anyway, If you still have the fax program, install it and then uninstall.
What is a (right fax program)?
If by chance it is just a normal program try this.
Unplug your fax machine or printer fax combo from your computer.
Boot in Safe Mode and try to remove the program.
You might have to be logged in as administrator.
Another possibility could be the fax programs is part of the printer fax combination program.
If that is what is happening you might have to remove the printer combo program.
Then reinstall the printer program using advanced and not install the fax section.
Just my thought from what information has been given.
