Programs won't work on administrator account

Like the title says, some programs won't work on admin account (the actual admin, the one that's hidden by default), BUT work in account with admin rights (programs like battlenet app, which won't install\update and paint tool sai, which doesn't even start a process when I click .exe). On the other hand, I have to use admin acc because I play Warframe a lot and it only launches in it (otherwise directx update fails and it exits, even if u choose to run as admin). So I'm basically forced to keep switching between accounts all the time and it's very inconvinient and takes up extra memory space if u run both at the same time.
Pls help, I can't find solutions\explanation anywhere because even google gives me wrong results...
Edit: and yes I tried to run it with all possible compatibility settings and checking run as admin on admin and simple acc x)

    Hi CoRT,
looks like youve got more than one problem, no update/failure and wrong security descriptors.
Now that can mean a couple of things the worst malware or just some corrupted SID's.

    please run chkdsk
then do a malware scan, try Malwarebytes free -- ENABLE root kits in dashboard settings.
wouldn't hurt to run SFCscannow as well.

    See whats reported.
