How to keep a window in an application pinned

Hello All,

I work with a couple of music softwares on a Win7x64 machine in which one needs to use plugins on audio tracks. I would like these plugin windows to be pinned all the time on my 2nd monitor screen. But the plugin interface remains only till the focus is one the audio track it is inserted on. When i select the next track the interface disappears.
I found a lot of always-on-top utility programs that work to keep an explorer window, browser, notepad window or any application window pinned on top, but none work for a child window inside the application. It is this kind of window -

Feels like I need sort of a keep-in-focus than an always-on-top utility. Because there are no pinning options in the software also, I am really hoping to find something like that.

Does anyone know of a utility that can keep these windows visible/always on top even when they are not in focus?

Any help would be appreciated!

Application Window won't resize
Hey guys, I have an application window that won't resize. It will fill the whole screen and when it is minimized it shrinks in to the task bar. You can't resize it. I closed the application, shut it down, restarted and re-opened and it continues to have no medium to it. Any way to fix this?
