Microsoft Office 2013, OneNote etc - keep or uninstall advice please?

I've just changed to a new (second hand) pc that is 64bit and runs Windows 7 Pro - my old one was 32bit and had Home Premium.
I use Firefox, Thunderbird and Gmail with the odd rare venture into Internet Explorer if Firefox doesn't like a particular page.
My use of my pc is for watching videos online, eBaying and emails. I will never use anything office, business or publishing like but I do print out a page or email once in a while and play around in Paint altering jpegs/gifs for my own amusement.
Have been busy getting everything back to how I liked it but have hit a problem installing my Kodak printer. I have the disk and all went well on my previous pc but this time it has tried to open something with One Note. Now this One Note keeps appearing in my tray at the bottom right and nagging me with pop-ups asking if I would like to send things via them.

So my question is please .... do I need the following and if not how to get rid of them?
    ~ Microsoft Office 2013
and all the things listed in Start/All Programs when I click on Microsoft Office 2013 to expand it ...
    ~ Access 2013
    ~ Excel 2013
    ~ InfoPath Designer 2013
    ~ InfoPath Filler 2013
    ~ OneDrive for Business 2013
    ~ PowerPoint 2013
    ~ Publisher 2013
    ~ Send To OneNote
~ Lastly a whole bunch of Office 2013 Tools.

All I can find in my Revo Uninstaller is Microsoft Office Professional Plus and something I know nothing about called Windows Automated Installation Kit?

As a final question please ... if you do say it is safe/right for me to get rid of these annoyances will that mean it will be likely that I should be able to install my Kodak Printer as I did on my old pc?

All help and advice would be most gratefully appreciated

    Hi MMM,
    you should have used
CUSTOM install when you ran the Kodak disc, gives you the option to select the Add-ons YOU want.....

Got a restore point prior to install if so USE it -- then custom install

    Thanks for replying Roy.
Sadly no as this was some days ago and much has been installed/changed since.
But I did drag the Kodak file from All Programs onto the desktop then delete it. Next I put Kodak in the search box in the Start section and nothing was found.
Would that have been enough for me to have a go at a custom install do you think please?
Also what do you think I should have chosen?

Are all those horrid things I listed installed by Kodak then as I tried to set our printer up please?
I thought that they were on my pc as I now have Windows 7 Pro not Home Premium.

    Hi MMM,

The Pro version of windows does NOT automatically include those programs.
    BUT
There are a lot of programs INCLUDED with an OEM install, usually on a trial basis, including MOP+.
( known as bloatware - includes a lot of thier own programs/games AND an AV, etc)

Uninstalling them from programs and features will do NO harm
note any AV should be un-installed in SAFE mode with thier uninstaller)

Thankyou, I will use Revo Uninstaller as I have always found that trustworthy plus it uses the program's own uninstaller first. I'm happy with my Avast Internet security (which I think is what you mean by as AV) so will leave that alone.
    Much appreciate your help Roy

Just on the point of uninstalling Microsoft Office 2013 with Revo Uninstaller and this popped up. Is it safe to carry on and remove Microsoft Access MUI (English) 2013 and all its bits too please?
