Why some app does not run in older versions of android phones

Hi, For eg, a boon app radio garden work fine in my samsung galaxy j2 pro, which gives vertical world radio stations live broadcast at your fingre tips . It sprout, the world map and then sprout the radio stations , and if you enable your location tab, in android , it fetches the vertical station signal , audio or anything to you. ok.
But the same thing if i open with galaxy grand neo, having 4.2.2 jelly, then it gives error, mostly java errors
the radio garden is an integration of webgl, android and browser,with supported hardwares.
i verified and tried to update the browser. Google chrome has given all the support of software to its new as well as older version to the latest web gl version 2.0. But , hardware support could not be verified , as there is nothing that could be done. When i just browsed the google chrome , it gives some hardware not supported error in the galaxy grand neo, which is responsible for the error. I get the error constructing the cesium widget which is essential for the sprouting of map as well as signals.
How to fix those hardware errors, to enjoy this kind of app in older versions. pl

Each new version of Android adds new facilities not found in older versions. If an app requires any of these new facilities it probably won't run on the older version. Many new apps simply will not run on older versions of Android.

It is the same with hardware. Older Android phones do not support newer versions of Android.

I have the same problem. My phone has Android version 4.1.2. There are no updates available. Newer apps that require a newer version of Android will not work. The only solution is a new phone.

Ok. I understand that browser could update to webgl 2.0 but not hardware. But how to find the requirements of hardware from an app. Would that information be available in app page itself so that i could not do the tricks any more on that app
