    PC Won't install new software, says system must be restarted first...


    I have a client who is trying to install a new program on a Win 7 Home Premium machine, and the PC gives an error message saying that the installation can't continue, it must be restarted first.

    My client has restarted her machine multiple times to no effect.

    Any suggestions?

    There must be a problem in the software your client is trying to install. Check with the software.
