Upgrade .Net Framework to 4.6.2 ??

EDIT 4/10/17: I got Help in another Forum and have Installed 4.6.2 with no issues so far.

Win 7-64 SP 1 Hm Prem ..Im .Net Framework 4.6.1 and am interested in 4.6.2 Only because it seems to allow more File Name Characters. I backup a lot ((ie) FF Profiles, Phone Contents, etc.) and sometimes get a Name-Too-Long popup that makes me place the Backup in weird places.

v 4.6.2 doesn't show in WU, BUT is there any known reason NOT to go ahead and Upgrade? Thanks!
