Cannot install Dragon Professional Individual 14

Hi Folks

I'm having great difficulty installing this software on my machine.

I have installed it, uninstalled it about five times now and getting nowhere.

I get "Dragon Naturally speaking for windows has stopped working. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I turned off antivirus to install it.

I think it's more of a windows problem than a Dragon problem.

can anyone help please?

I've put in a service request to Dragon.

Information about my computer
AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

If anyone could help that I would be great. I have uninstalled dragon and reinstalled and I still get the same error each time. I uninstalled using the Dragon uninstall special tool.

Hello, I tried this the other day thinking that since it was 10.1 it would fly, well it didn't. It took forever and then refused to go any further so I cancelled the install. Should I have used " Run as Admin" on this one? or what? Thank you all in advance! J T
