How do I Fix Conext Menu Shortcuts After a Program has Been Moved

I Moved WinRar off of my original drive to a extra one. Since then, my context (right click) menu's WinRar options (Add Archive, Extract here) have not worked at all.

Based on the error, I can see that even though the program has been moved (and is working properly from the start menu or launching it myself), Windows has not updated the "shortcut" in the conext menu, and is looking for it in the previous location (C: Drive). How can I tell Windows the new location myself?
