Software to Move Registry Keys Location

Hi Guys..

I need a software which can move registry key (for example)
from "All-Users" to "Current_User".

Attaching below a screen shot from similar idea software:
windows 7 Manager -> Start Up Manager

Which can only move keys of start up keys.

I need similar software which can handle all other keys.

Do you have a particular reason for wanting to pursue this really bad idea?

Thanks Samurai..

Is there a portable version of this program?
I am not administrator on my pc and Can't setup a new app unless it is portable
I recommend contacting the administrator for guidance.
