java compilation error help

I need help to configure my pc/laptop for java pros
i have installed latest jdk at this location
D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_131 I have set the path environment variable to the following D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_131\bin;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROO T%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\
There is no CLASSPATH variable in my Environment variables I have set JAVA_HOME environment system variable as D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_131
I have saved this program named First
Public class First {
Public static void main (String [] args) {
System.out.println ("First Java application");
In c:\java Directory with name with ANSI encoding And saved HelloWorld program in the same directory. HelloWorld File is

But when I go to c:\java directory And write javac I receive this error message Javac:file not Usage:javac Use –help for a list of possible options When I use java First command I receive the following error message Error:could not find or load main class First When I use command Javac It successfully executes When I use command java HelloWorld it successfully executes and gives the desired result which is Hello World! Please tell me why the first java application doesn`t executes successfully and gives errors While the second application executes successfully.
