What do you have your text size set to in display? Have you set it to other than 100%. I have seen this issue when the display was set to 125% or greater and Internet Explorer 11 was installed.

    Text size

I have text set to the maximum as it's a HTPC on a large 1080 screen. If I set text to the default size it fixes the display issue but the text is then too small to read from the lounge. Thank you for your assistance

If you go back to IE 10, then the problem will not occur.

I only asked because you said you turned IE 11 off, it must be uninstalled.

Sorry, but I am at a loss here. You might post over on the Apple iTunes forum also.
