Looking for quick transferring app for phone and PC

What is the quickest file transferring application?

Sending pictures and videos from one phone to another or sending from phone to computer.

I don't want an app that will take to long to sign in then it tries to connect to the other device and find it... That part can take long.

I want something where one device already finds the other without any long delays and your ready to start transferring files.
