Conversion of pspimage and ras to jpg

My wife uses Paint Shop Pro 3 for her photo hobby. She is not technically sharp and manages the program very well after several years of using it. In saving some photos she mistakenly saved some as .pspimage and as .ras image instead of the normal .jpg image. However the software will not recognize the images. The manufacturer offers the solution of upgrading to a new version. It took my wife a couple of years to be comfortable with version 3 and version 9 would be a lost cause. Is there any software available that can make the conversion? Thank you for your help

I'm thinking about order a couple of these volume regulators: http://www.cometsupply.com/pm/AVXVR1/r/gg/ After talking with a sale rep on the phone, I learned that this interfaces via an RCA cable, but the sound cards on my rigs only have 3.5mm connectors. I'm wondering if there is any...
