Removing Add Ons from IE11

I recently replaced Adobe Acrobat Standard XI with PDF Studio Pro 12 and uninstalled Acrobat. However, the Add Ons menus in IE 11 still shows some Acrobat related entries as well as entries for OneNote in the Not Available heading.

Even though they are disabled and do not work anymore anyway, is there any way to remove those entries?
