Windows 7: How can I mirror part or all of a second monitor in a movable window?

How can I mirror part or all of a second monitor in a movable window?

So, I've tried Ultramon which has a mirror addon it's nice that it can mirror a second monitor on demand, but not so nice as the first monitor is then lost to view.

What I (and users on other threads i've found) am looking for is the ability to mirror the second monitor in a windows that can be moved, resized, minimized as needed. Thus, the dual monitor environment would be a second physical monitor but displayed in a soft window.

It's not a resolution issue and the window...
