WinUpdateFix by toolslib.net

Has any one used WinUpdateFix last update 2014 ?
There have been just under 600,000 downloads but obviously does not reflect efficacy of the program.

Looks a bit "iffy" ... if it is useful, and I doubt it !

Of very little benefit with sales blurb like this ...
