Windows 7: ONE DRIVE view files link

ONE DRIVE view files link

I gave someone the link to view a file with some photos on MY ONE DRIVE. The option says that "anyone with this link can view" but when she tried to view the file she was asked to sign into her MSN account. She does not have a MSN account and the option does not say "anyone with a MSN account can view". The same thing happened to me when I used my Google Chromebook with out signing in to MSN. This is no good. What is the problem?
Thank you,
