Problem with Dreamweaver size


I have Windows7 32bit and I have installed Dreamweaver 2015 but fonts, menus, Icons , etc are small.

My monitor is FullHD and DPI is on "larger-150%".

There is a solution in the following website but It doesn't work.

Please present a solution.
