Lately I've been experiencing High CPU usage on random application. It's becoming really annoying and cutting down my productivity on already slow, crappy laptop.

Recently I discovered RESMON, that comes as a standard feature in Windows 7. I didn't know about it until someone told me. There must be other applications and programmes that I don't know about. Is there a way that I can access a list of everything there is in Windows 7?
