Are you trying to install Antares plugin?

(lol you're either "cheating" like Britney Spears or trying to have vocoder effect like T. Pain)

autotune is a plugin

autotune is a plug-in, you need an audio editing program for it to work, it does not run by it self

Right, yeah. You need to use it in a host software as a plugin.

i.e. Cubase, Cakewalk Sonar etc..

Cubase (5.1 or SX3), Sonar, N-Track Studio 6, any version Sound Forge

A free one is N-Track Studio 5. Amazingly good for free software. As many tracks as your pc and audio interface (or onboard audio, depending what you're using) can handle. Professional interface.

Program installed in Program Files requires elevation?
I have a program that wanted to install in a document folder  I have installed it in Program Files, but it requires elevation or it produces errors when running. I know I can tick the Run As ... box in the shortcut, but is there a better way, such as taking ownership of the install folder?
