    Monitoring software suggestions?

Doing some maintenance on my PC and decided to group shortcuts to any monitoring software (Temperature, Memory Usage, Network Activity, etc.) in a folder.

Sparse, I know. So I wanted to see what kind of monitoring software is recommended here. In particular, I was looking for something that I could get a look at RAM usage with, since I seem to keep popping open the Performance tab of the Task Manager.

Take a look at Windows System Control Centre KLS SOFT - WSCC - Windows System Control Center

This gives you access from the system tray to all the Windows apps and others you wish to add. all apletts in the Sysinternals Suite and Nirsoft Utilities Plus are available
It also handles the updating of the applets for you

You should be able to build a complete toolkit to do everything you want

There is also a portable version that is usable from a USB stick

The free version works fine but you can licence it if you feel that it does what you need

I use Rainmeter's various sys monitoring gadgets because I like the gadget display control features. IOW, you can set them to be permanently visible, to only display on mouse-over, to be clik-thru-able, etc.

This is all good stuff. Thanks, everyone.

Barman58, the WSCC is everything I could ask for with monitoring and diagnostics on my PC. Fantastic.
