Running Programs From A Registry Entry

Is it possible to exe a program from the registry ? I uninstalled Google Chrome browser but, still have many, many Google entries in the registry. Would rather not delete registry entries.

Download and run Revo Uninstaller [FREE] from here => Revo Uninstaller. When you run scan for leftover items make sure that you use the Advanced Scan option, then tick everything and delete it.
