    Skype business 2015 steals focus


    hello, i have many users that are having this issue with Skype for business 2015 when composing an email frustrating to say the least... Skype steals focus from the email. is there any fix for this issue.

    users have office 2013 installed of course patches and whatever are installed current.

    I found this solution is another blog-

    "Change the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ForegroundLockTimeout value from 0 to 30d40."

This is just an annoyance, not a real problem, but... Since I've switched from XP to Windows 7, when I delete an open email in Outlook, the next item opens -- which is what I want to happen -- but focus passes to the main Outlook window. Is there any way to keep the focus on the open emails?
