    Can no longer use Skype on my desktop win 7 ultimate 64bit w/sp1


    Has anyone had this issue? I live outside USA in Brazil and always have used Skype for international calls to USA. Last week, I discovered that I can no longer use Skype on win 7 desktop. Is it due to Microsoft non support or do I have another issue? I also have a windows phone using 8.1. Same thing. I upgraded to win 10 on the phone and still no Skype.

    What does it means exactly "Can no longer use Skype"? Does it gives some error? Fails to install? Be specific on what you're seeing.

    not sure what version of Skype your running

    You MUST be on 8, 7 has been depracted.

    Skype version 7.x is no longer supported by MS in 2019 & beyond

    not a Windows problem but a Skype problem
    upgrade to Skype 8.x
