Windows 7: Cannot install MySQL

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
Cannot install MySQL

I had to to Reinstall Windows 7SP1 64Bit. After more then 180 Updates I can't install MySQL and some other Programs (OO-Defrag, Alcohol 120%, ...).
MySQL only installs "Connector/ODBC" instead the complete Database.
