Windows Fax & Scan Suddenly Wont Send

All outbound faxes seize up the same as the test picture shown.
I just can't figure out why. I'll try disabling the it Microsoft Components and then re-enabling it.
That didn't help. but got the second pic as well.

Any ideas would be appreciated as at the moment I can only send them directly using my printer as a fax machine. Both my PC and the Printer have their own separate phone hookup.
Clicking Yes on the second window appeared not to do anything at all.

    Have you looked/tried these =>

Windows Fax & Scan won't send emails.
Windows Fax & Scan - Message cannot be sent access denied.

    I hope this helps!

Tried all those fixes No good, btw your second link was broken but I found it using that header in Google.
Sending was normal until just a few days ago and boing, nada gets sent. It just freezes forever. Sometimes it asks me to "Press here to connect" and when I do, it says it can't fix it.
Pity there isn't a dedicated Troubleshooter for WFS only.
What I do now is print and then send via my Canon G4012 printer by scanning the page I printed.
The FAX modem is old but strangely works fine in both Windows 10 OS's.

    Sorry I couldn't help!

I have never used Windows Fax & Scan but I thought I would try and find a solution for you. On this occassion though, Google was not my friend!

Anyone ----ideas please? Have tried everything I found online to fix it.
    It isn't getting dial tone.
Tried every fix imaginable, even changed the modem card.
Can't find error reports or anything clue-wise.
