With the end of extended support It is likely that some software will reduce support or functionality.

    Adobe Lightroom Classic

    Windows 7 Video Support Warning
Microsoft has now ended support for Windows 7. Lightroom Classic still has limited support for Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, but it can’t take advantage of GPU acceleration, or HEIC file format support.

After 9.2, Lightroom Classic will also no longer be able to playback video on Windows 7. This will affect the import, playback and export of new and existing videos in your catalog, as well as the ability to use the Slideshow module.

    Norton Security

If you are on Windows 7, your Norton client security software will no longer receive the new software updates that the supported versions of Windows (Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows 7 Service Pack 1) will receive.

However, your Norton client security software will continue to receive the latest malware definitions by LiveUpdate, vulnerability updates, and compatibility fixes.
