I am searching a tool which let me detect mouse inactivity.
After e.g. 10 minutes idle time with no mouse activity a program should be started.
The tool should NOT refer to the screensaver activation but on real mouse movement observation.
I found a program called Shutter Lite that appears to fit the bill. You can set an action to Run Program based on the event User Inactive. Shutter Lite - automatic shutdown tool
