Delete Macrium Reflect registry entry shown in msconfig start up
I think this comes under the heading of what Paul Black calls dust bunnies.
There is a stubborn startup item left in a sample install I made of Macrium Reflect. I'll never learn that I should avoid it. Backup programs like Macrium Reflect and AOMEI (also deleted) leave things in startup and also services. My tool for program deletes is Revo Uninstaller. It is thorough but the
Startup entry for Reflect UI as it is named shows an HK.... key I cannot read. No doubt the Macrium
enthusiasts on Sevenforums know how to deal with this.
I've also tried using the technique of deleting the entry in Task manager as described in a help file.
That did not work.
I ran Disk Cleanup Extended from Sevenforums and that did not catch it either.
