Is there a Utility that will restore the Boot Sector?

Again, the Hacker got to my System.

All I need right now is to restore / repair the Boot Sector, if that's the right term.

I believe Windows hides three of them around the C: Drive.

From an admin cmd prompt try
    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    or try Fix Boot Problems

The problem is that if the computer won't boot into Windows 7 then thr OP can't get to the cmd prompt.
However, if the OP can boot the Windows 7 setup DVD or flash drive then you go to:
System Recovery Options > Command Prompt
You can then run those two commands there.
