Strongly Confused. Still having Flash player trouble?

I have concluded that something must be wrong with my Flash player. Because now though Pandora, Youtube, and other flash based services dont cause my program to become non-respondent but just play very choppy or slow.

I tried a system restore, no help. Tried reinstalling flash, didnt help.

Could someone else please help me?

ALSO No sound comes from any videos or anything not even the start up jingle?

Could this be a driver issue?

Hi Matt, Have you tried uninstalling Flash control using the downloadable uninstall then rebooting (reboot not required but I like to cover all angles!) then reinstalling Flash?

This normally sorts out my girlfriends PC when BBC iPlayer dosn't wanna play nice. It's forever failing on her PC.

How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

    Hello Matt...

It seems like a driver issue to me, 99% sure...

Please update your audio drivers either from Windows Update if it gives any available audio updates, or from your sound card /motherboard's manufacturer's download page.

If you need help on that, please let us know.

Ok Matt no problems, that's why we're here.

Please post here your motherboard brand and model. If it's a laptop, please post the laptop's model.

If you don't know how to find your motherboard model, download cpu-z
Run it, and go to tab Mainboard. You will see your motherboard's model there.

That's a laptop. Can you please tell me the laptop's model to save me from searching motherboard strings?

It should be something like e.g. Dell Latitude 110x
