    Deep Freeze STD Is Not Compatible


    I recently installed Windows 7 build 7057, I always used the software Deep

    Freeze Standard, but it is not compatible with that Windows 7 5057

    so, anyone know other software like Deep Freeze STD??

    Have you ever tried Windows Steady State? Don't know if it works on W7, but it's worth a try.

    windows steady state is a deep freeze like program from microsoft.

    As far as I can see SteadyState is not compatible with Windows 7 at least at the present time.

    There are plans in place for a system called "guest access" but I'm not sure as to the status of this currently, but I believe it is or will shortly be in Beta.

    Did you try with Guest Account feature? It seems to work pretty well on Win7 7048. I've just played around with it only a bit...

    No, I haven't. But I receive an email from

    Faronics They told me "A new

    version will be release after the official of Windows 7"
