You could try CCleaner and Eraser.

Don't worry about it. People say bad things about it because they delete everything it pulls up without reviewing them. However, I am not recommending running the cleaner. CCleaner has a function in it to erase empty space.

Under Options, at the bottom is an option to "Wipe free space drives". You can also use Eraser, which is designed for that task.

Whatever. I have used it, it works fine. Both CCleaner and Eraser.

Im soo laughing at this dude who thinks ccleaner will mess up his system, sure it can mess up a cpu if you use its registry cleaner but there is no other reason to be afraid of it's features because it does not automatically clean the registry and asks for a backup too so its not that much a SCARY program to use. :)

Would you mind explaining how & why using the registry cleaner would mess up the CPU?

I've had major mishaps with CCleaner in the past and think andyparks is right to be cautious about using software he's not comfortable with.

For the record, I recommend CCleaner as a good tool to clean out your junk files. Leave the registry cleaner well alone though. And if you do fancy trying it, please create a restore point & backup the registry at least.
