    How To Track Program Dependencies?

A program that I want to use (MyDVDCatalog) pops a dialog saying that comdlg32.dll or one of it's dependencies is missing, but the file does exist, and I have also run regsvr32 to ensure that it is registered. Therefore, I assume that what ever is missing is a dependency of the dll. How would one determine what the missing file is?

Thanks, but none of the suggestions listed on that webpage seem to address the problem. Even though I did have the program installed once on XP, I have had this problem consistently on installing the program on subsequent clean installations on both XP and W7, which would rule out all of the ideas listed there. Since comdlg32 does exist, and is located where it should be, and can't be corrupt nor infected, that only leaves three possibilities...a bad download (I have redownloaded it several times), the program is looking in the wrong place (it originally worked on XP, so that would seem to rule this out), or there is another file that comdlg.32 depends on that is missing (which is what I posted this question about). Since the dependencies are only alluded to, and not specifically named, how would anyone determine if one was missing?
