    Tax Cut state download not allowed.


    Hmm, when I got through with my federal return and tried to DL the state I got a message that administrator can only do that. I am the administrator. I chose run as administrator but software would not download. Do I have to try to find the specific download program in Tax Cut and run that as administrator? which I have not yet found?

    This is the first software issue I have had with Win7. I will tajke it over to my Vista machine and see what happens.

    Issue resolved.


    Delete and reinstall software. Duh!

Gentlemen: I refer to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I open the "prompt" to enter the DOS Box. I key "CHKDSK C:" and tap return. A message appears that says that I do not have high enough privileges or rank to run "CHKDSK" from the DOS prompt.

No of connections allowed
in Network & Sharing

As we know, a maximum of 10 connections are allowed to XP-Pro, 5 to XP Home, 5-25 to Vista. Just wandering about Win7 espicially Win7 Ultimate. TIA
