Acrobat Reader 9 is a shareware. If you are look for just a PDF reader you could download Adobe Reader 9

Also you can try Free Online PDF Editor

Thanks for the response but no, I'm looking for a fully functional PDF editor that will run on Win 7 x64.

I have Acrobat 7...it works fine on XP. I was hoping I could avoid having to upgrade it or run it in a VM

The online editor is near-as-nevermind useless, IMO.
