Program will not run at startup

I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I installed an RSS download manager called Juice which needed to be installed in WinXP compatibility mode. The program functions well except for the fact that every time I start it up I get a nag box saying "do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?". This means it will not start automatically with windows. I've tried installing & running it as administrator but the problem remains. Can anyone help?

    Thanks a lot.

I had the same problem with Everest, if you are confident with what you are doing turn off UAC if not you will have to put up with it

Thanks, I thought of that but it seemed a bit drastic.

Problem sort of solved thanks to Create Administrator Mode Shortcuts Without UAC Prompts in Windows 7 or Vista - the How-To Geek

The answer is to create a scheduled task. The shortcut bit referred to in the url doesn't seem to work in Windows 7 but setting the program to run at a set time every day works fine. For some reason it will not run as a task at startup.
