    lsass.exe and Spybot

Does anybody know why Spybot places a ton of entries in the lsass.exe?

This explains the lsass.exe process: lsass.exe Windows process - What is it?
Apparently, this process is very regularly exploited, so the registry entries might be to prevent that. Also, it might raise the security of spybot so that it can do its function (remove spyware ^^)
    Cheers~!

PS: im surprised that you noticed something like this XD

Yeah, I know that spyware often exploits the lsass.exe as an entry point. But the masses of Spybot entries are puzzling. Even the people on the Spybot forum had no clue. I mean, the entries are clearly marked as originating from Spybot, so I assume they are no harm. But it is strange, especially as there are only permissions for the system, the trusted installer and the admin (me).

hmmm, i guess a concern I have is, when you uninstall spybot, do most of these entries get removed? I hope so.... most programs have bad uninstallers

I uninstall with Revo. It usually finds all the junk that the uninstallers left behind.
