    Build 7048 and ORB Live

I have been using ORB Live to connect to my PC via Iphone as well as watch tv. I recently built a new computer with build 7048. Orb live and 7048 will not work together. I reformatted and installed build 7000 and reinstalled ORB and it works perfectly. I hope the RC will not have this problem, So far I really like WIN 7

I recently upgraded from build 7000 to build 7077 and Orb will not work. Is there anyone using this software to stream live tv and other media to their iphone. Obviously somewhere between build 7000 and 7048 to 7077 there has been a change

No luck streaming TV from RC (7100) either. I'm using a AverMedia m780. Worked fine in 7000 and 7022, broke in 7048 and 7077. I tried contacting support but they won't look at it since it's Windows 7. If anyone has any ideas let us know. This is the only thing keeping me from using 7 on my streaming box!

htwnrva, My dad is on build 7077 and having no problems with a software based Tuner (not sure of model #) which according to ORB it should not work regardless of OS, Go figure. I fortunately have my old machine with xp running so I have an alternate until this gets worked out. Good Luck!!!

As i understand it "XP Mode" will just be an XP VM running under Virtual Server. VMs generally don't have direct access to hardware such as TV tuners. Given how far MS is behind VMware i'm guessing if VMware can't do it then Virtual Server won't be able to. I hope they prove me wrong though.

Hopefully orb will release an update soon!
