Why on earth would you want to add that to windows 7. I could fully understand you wanting to add it to xp because its bland and lifeless but I think win 7 has a really nice look about it and I certainly wont be adding it to my system. What could it possibly give you that you've not already got access too? You could make it look like that in the screen shot posted in the link. Things like that just bog the system down imo. Thanks but no thanks.

Yes you are right. No need for that with Win 7 as it is right now.

It's just that I do use it on my XP machine and I have some really awesome desktops.

You are right. It would surely screw up the WIN 7 looks beyond help!

    Thanks

XP had a nice look for when it first came out. Things change. Styles change.

It's called customization. Not everyone likes the same thing exactly how you like it. That's why they made it so you can change the colour of the themes.

Why do you think Firefox is so popular? One reason is because it's very customizable. See? you want the user to be happy. People are happy with customizing.

Actually, WindowBlinds know what they're doing. It's not even noticeable when your using it. It wasn't for XP. It wasn't for Vista. See the pattern?
I'm sure they will do a good job. So before you shoot it down, at least wait till you try it OR until it's finished.

    Ignorance.

Wait till I've tried it? I've had it on xp and vista machines before now. Yes it did do a good job but those os's were hardly customizable were they. Windows 7 if you have not noticed is able in it's own right to customize. You can try it if you want by right clicking desktop and selecting personalise, there you will find all aero colours that are available. There is red, green, yellow, blue, pink, white, purple, brown (sounds like a rainbow hey) and not only are they in different shades but if you slide the slider then you will also notice it changes the aeroability. See the pattern?

Where in my post did I shoot it down? No I didn't think so. I believe your the ignorant one mate for suggesting I did. Windowblinds is good for xp and vista like I said but offers nothing that I cant already do now with Windows 7 as it is. Tell me what windowblinds can do that I cant already with regards to colour and aero.

Red and yellow and pink and green orange and purple and blue I can sing a rainbow........................An aero one at that.

    Ignorance!!

I wish I'd read that before trying Iconpackager.

It (I) screwed all my icons up last night and spent hours trying to fix it but to no avail. Thinking of reinstalling.
