For testing purposes I would disable everything then see if that clears your error.... if it DOES clear the error, simply enable them '1 by 1' to see what was causing the issue.

and i try delet my new hardware and add it again
but the program not work too

the programe work when i add my new network driver
but when i setup winpcap it stop again
so i delet the new driver and add it again like before but this time not work
