What does the "emergancy" disk need to have on it? You just need to be able to resore the MBR?

Thanks to everybody who sent in some comment....I did go into the software section and I found just what I was looking for..It is called PARTITION WIZARD HOME EDITION BOOT DISK 4.2.2....It boots from the cd drive and brings up the partition program and you can make all your changes without going into win7...it downloads in an ISO form so all you have to do is burn it, very simple (even I could do it!!!)
thanks again to every one
