The iTunes Library Cannot Be Saved?

I get this annoying message in iTunes, The iTunes Library Cannot Be Saved. It will pop up at random times but mainly when I minimize it. I tried completely un-installing, deleting all folder related to it, running ccleaner, then re-installing but with no luck.

Hi there, create a new user account with admin rights and then install itunes. It should work.

I only have one account and it has admin rights. I went into account settings and made sure I had full control.

    Hi SuperEmotastix,

I'm having a hard time understanding your issue. Could you clearify what you mean. I don't understand how minimizing "it" causes the library to have issues - not saving???

I have iTunes running on Windows 7 x64 just fine. In fact I'm using it right now.

    Thanks.

The message/error keeps appearing randomly, VERY annoying, not sure what causes it. Doesn't cause any issues with iTunes in any way except for it being annoying.
