    Me again..got another question regarding messenger


    So as most of you are aware after 3-4 years on a mac im back onto a PC. this is my 4th day on windows 7 and the 4th day i have a question lol.

    So it came with messanger (MSN) already installed...I dont want or need it.

    I went to Control - uninstall programs

    But it is not in the list... Anyone happen to no why, and where it is so i can get rid of it?

    When you went to Uninstall programs, did you click on Turn Windows features on or off?

    it's listed in Programs and Features as Windows Live Essentials..

    - if you click the option to uninstall, you get a list of programs that come with the Windows Live suite..

    - select Messenger from the list, and the uninstall will take place, leaving the remaining components on your machine..
