How to copy an obsolete program from an old computer?

I have Microsoft Digital Image 2006 on my old laptop, running Windows Vista. I don't remember how I got it on there initially. However, the program is now obsolete and I desperately need it on my new laptop, which is running Windows 7. Is there any way to transfer the program to my new laptop, or download it again?

Windows 10 Pro x64 x3, Ubuntu

There is a download of the starter edition still available

Download details: Digital Image Starter Edition 2006

No guarantee that this will run on win7, though if you are running on Vista it Should

Just checked again and this is a trial - you may be able to re-use the key you have on your existing system but then would have to remove the original due to licensing restrictions

Saw that, but that is a 60-day trial. I want the full program. I suspect it came with my internet provider or something on my old laptop, but I have no idea how to get it now.

Maybe you can find the product key of your Vista version and apply it to the trial. Key Finder Programs - Top 13 Free Product Key Finder Programs - Keyfinder Software

As this is now I believe obsolete or near to this. and if it was provided with your laptop or by the ISP you may find it difficult to obtain.

If you are looking for an application to catalogue/ edit/print etc your photos many are available - perhaps something like picassa

Is my A: partition now obsolete?
I've recently done a re-imaging of my system, after having a strange re-activation issue which has thankfully now disappeared. This resulted in both the 'boot mgr file and boot folder moving from A: to C: drive - not my original intention. The C: drive is now 'active' showing both both 'boot' and...

Obsolete folders
I upgraded from XP to 7Pro using the clean install option and used the Easy Transfer facility. I now have a number of folders in Explorer that look like old WP folders eg My Documents, Application Data, Documents and Settings which all appear empty and when I try to open them I get a message to say...

All your AV software is now Obsolete !!!
Hi everybody The latest set of rootkit viruses can now theoretically mess up your BIOS making it virtually impossible to disinfect your computer by traditional means. These don't work "normally" (as in "normal virus code") so current AV software is powerless to detect this stuff. So at...
