I wonder if it's telling you you have programs and such you COULD remove to save space. Is your free space shrinking?

I can find no info on it with regards this issue, I have disabled the alerts for now as i prefer to clean when I choose anyway.

You should be able to see the folders/files in the CCleaner Analyze window @A Guy suggested in post #1058.
Then you would know what program(s) are using so much temp space.

Here is an example showing Firefox Internet Cache is using the most temp space.

You can right click on an entry in the right pane to View all files if you want to.

    The End of CCleaner

If you run the free version of the popular temporary file cleaner and system tool CCleaner for Windows, you may have noticed that it has started to display advertising popups on the system.
I noticed the behavior after installing CCleaner 5.44 on a Windows 10 Pro system; it is possible, however, that older versions of CCleaner display the advertisement as well.
The advertisement appears as a popup message in the lower right corner of the screen. It highlights a Summer Sale and a discount for CCleaner Professional.

It seems that soon all useful software will be turned into useless "marketing garbage" delivery systems.
