It's not a Piriform app. It's a third party made app, but it's been used for a long time here on the forum, never had any malicious reports from it. Your Kaspersky is probably just being paranoid because it's not a widely used common app is all.
CCEnhancer is safe, temporarily disable Kaspersky then after running it, reopen Kaspersky.
Thanks fellas ok will disable but I think I can override it when it pops up the warning - appreciated
