    Either way, but it's much easier to just download and install the new CCleaner with your currently installed CCleaner still installed to just update it. There's no need to uninstall the old CCleaner to update it.

    - Improved Uninstaller Installation Date on XP.
    - Added cleaning for BitDefender.
    - Improved detection for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, VLC Media Player and Avast! Antivirus 6.
    - Minor bug fixes.

    Hmmm, was correct in my post 4 days ago

    For updating CCleaner, you can click in lower right corner of cleaner page as well

    I just go straight to Filehippo myself (it's one of the choices on the CCleaner site)
