    Problem with Control Panel

Windows 7 installed programs won't show up in control panel uninstall list?

i checked the uninstall folder in the registry and over half of the programs i installed aren't there or in the uninstall list in control panel.
I dont know how long this has been a problem , as i never wanted to un-install a program... Any help?

Some possibilities i can think of.
    1) Those apps dont have an uninstaller feature but that is unlikely.
    2) Did you install those apps as a different user?
    3) Can you see those programs in a 3rd party app? E.g. I have CCleaner and in the Uninstall tab, there is this whole list.

    EDIT: CCLEANER SHOWS THEM!

    Hello,

I guess your problem is simple. Just click on any installed programs in the Control Panel and the "uninstall/change" option will appear.

@ Venths : that isnt anything close to the problem... the programs apart form new ones, dont show.

    "Hi,

This problem may occur if the uninstaller for a program incorrectly removes registry entries that are used by Windows and the Add/Remove Programs tool.

Try system restore first. If no progress, click start, type REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL and click ok. Any error message? Newly installed program can be displayed fine, that means the file APPWIZ.CPL should be fine.

If you would like to remove the program from add\remove program, you can download the Windows cleanup utility instead."

Cant restore, problem is more then 1 month old! so i tried: REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL , in which i get an error.
ask for screen if you wish. and cleanup utility gives error.
